هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء مديري المدارس الحكومية المطبقة لبرامج التربية الخاصة في ضوء رؤية عمان 2040 بسلطنة عمان، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي في تحديد مستوى أداء مديري المدارس الحكومية المطبقة لبرامج التربية الخاصة في سلطنة عمان، كما اعتمدت على منهج الدراسات المستقبلية في بناء التصور المقترح، كما تم استخدام الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات، وطبقت بالطريقة الميسرة على عينة مكونة من (273) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي التربية الخاصة بجميع مدارس سلطنة عمان. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة؛ أهمها: أن مستوى أداء مديري المدارس الحكومية المطبقة لبرامج التربية الخاصة في سلطنة عمان جاء متوسطا في جميع الأبعاد، وهي: (التخطيط الإداري، التنظيم الإداري، التعاون والاتصال الإداري، إدارة الموارد، الكفاءة الاحترافية)، وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج؛ تم تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء مديري المدارس الحكومية المطبقة لبرامج التربية الخاصة في سلطنة عمان في ضوء رؤية عمان 2040، وتوصي هذه الدراسة بالاستفادة من التصور المقترح على مستوى المديرية العامة للتربية الخاصة والتعلم المستمر بشكل خاص، وعلى مستوى وزارة التربية والتعليم بشكل عام. The study aimed to prepare a proposed for developing the performance of principals of government schools implementing special education programs in light of Oman vision 2040 in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach, in studying the level of performance of the directors of public schools applied to special education programs in the Sultanate of Oman. She also relied on the approach of future studies in building the proposed scenario. The questionnaire was also used in collecting data and information, and it was applied in the convenient sampling to a sample of (273) teachers of special education teachers in all schools in the Sultanate of Oman. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that the level of performance of directors of public schools applying special education programs in the Sultanate of Oman was average in all dimensions, namely: (administrative planning, administrative organization, administrative cooperation and communication, resource management, professional efficiency). In light of the results of the study, a proposed scenario was presented to develop the performance of public-school principals applying special education programs in the Sultanate of Oman in light of Oman Vision 2040. The researcher recommends taking advantage of the proposed scenario at the level of the general directorate of special education and continuous learning in particular, and at the level of the ministry of education in general.
