يعد البحث التربوي التدخلي أداة فعالة تمكن الفاعل التربوي من نقد الممارسة المهنية، وتطوير أدائه ومردوديته التعليمية التعلمية، أي آلية من بين الآليات المساهمة في التنمية المهنية للفاعل التربوي، حيث يسهم في بناء المهارات الحياتية (الناعمة) للمدرس. وتحاول هذه الورقة الكشف عن الوظائف التكوينية أو البناءة للبحث التربوي الإجرائي، وكذا بيان ضرورة الانتقال من التبخيس لدوره إلى الإعلاء من شأنه التنموي المهني، فمواكبة التطورات العالمية وجعل التعليم في السكة الصائبة، وتبني المهارات الحياتية في مهنة التدريس يسهم في الحد من الإقصاء المدرسي الذي يطال المتعلم (خاصة الفتاة القروية)، فضلا عن ضرورة التدخل الاستباقي والتفاعل الإيجابي مع المشكلات التربوية الفصلية أو المؤسساتية (النفسية، الاجتماعية، المادية، والديداكتيكية) بما في ذلك مشكلة الإقصاء المدرسي لدى الفتاة القروية، وتبني مهارات تعليمية تعلمية منسجمة مع واقع وتحديات القرن 21، والتي لا يمكن تطويرها إلا عبر سلسلة خبرات تدخلية علاجية للمتعلم والمدرس في الآن نفسه. الوصول إلى هذه الأهداف تطلب اعتماد مقاربة وظيفية، وتبني تقنيتي المجموعة البؤرية، وتحليل المضمون؛ إذ أسفرت نتائج البحث عن ضرورة تسلح الفاعل التربوي بالمهارات الحياتية أثناء إنجاز أي بحث تدخلي. Educational action research is an effective tool that enables educators to critique their professional practice and enhance their teaching performance and effectiveness. It serves as one of the mechanisms that contributes to the professional development of educators by building their life skills (soft skills). This paper aims to reveal the constructive functions of procedural educational research and to highlight the necessity of switching from undervaluing its role to recognizing its significance in professional development. Keeping pace with global developments and guiding education to the right direction, as well as adopting life skills in the teaching profession reduce school exclusion that affects learners, particularly rural girls. Additionally, there is a need for proactive intervention and positive interaction with educational issues, whether they are classroom-based or institutional (psychological, social, material, and didactic), including the problem of school exclusion faced by rural girls. Furthermore, adopting educational and learning skills that align with the realities and challenges of the 21st century can only be developed through a series of remedial interventions for both learners and teachers simultaneously. Achieving these goals requires a functional approach and the adoption of focus group techniques and content analysis; the research results indicate the necessity for educators to be equipped with life skills during the execution of any intervention research?.
