انطلقت الدراسة من إشكالية مدى ملاءمة الغلاف الزمني المخصص لمجزوءة علوم التربية مع تفعيل المضامين والمحاور الواردة في المنهاج الرسمي من خلال التساؤل حول تأثير التكوين بالفصل المعكوس على تنمية الكفايات المنهجية للأساتذة المتدربين، وحاولنا تمحيص الفرضية التالية: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية إثر التكوين بالفصل المعكوس على تنمية كفايتي التحليل والتركيب في مجزوءة علوم التربية. حيث اعتمدنا المنهج الشبه التجريبي من خلال اختبار تحصيلي قبل إجراء التجربة وبعدها. وتوصلنا إلى أن هناك فرق بين نتائج أفراد العينتين من حيث المعدل المحصل عليه لقياس المكتسبات المعرفية والكفايات المنهجية. The study proceed from the problem of the appropriateness of the time cover allocated to the education science fragment while activating the contents and axes of the official curriculum by questioning the impact of the reversed composition on the systematic development of trained professors.
