هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة إدارة المعرفة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الخاصة في الأردن استنادًا إلى الأنموذج الحلزوني واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (195) مديرا و(381) معلما تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، واستخدمت الدراسة استبانة مكونة من (58) فقرة تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أن تقديرات عينة الدراسة لواقع ممارسة إدارة المعرفة في المدارس الثانوية الخاصة جاء بدرجة "متوسطة". كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع ممارسة إدارة المعرفة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الخاصة في الأردن تعزى إلى (المسمى الوظيفي، الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة). This study aimed to find out the degree of knowledge management practice among principals of private secondary schools in Jordan based on the spiral model and The study used the descriptive survey methodology, and the study sample reached (195) principals and (381) teachers who were selected by random stratified method, and The study used a questionnaire consisting of (58) items that were confirmed to be valid and reliable, and The study concluded the following results: The estimates of the study sample for the reality of knowledge management practice in private secondary schools came with an "average" grade. The results also showed that there were no differences between the mean estimates of the study sample members for the reality of knowledge management practice among private secondary school principals in Jordan attributed to (job title, gender, academic qualification, and number of years of experience).
