هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة معلمات اللغة العربية في منطقة تبوك بالمملكة العربية السعودية للمهارات الناعمة وعلاقتها بتنمية قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في منطقة تبوك من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات، أجريت الدراسة وفقاً للمنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، إذ تم استخدام مقياسين لجمع البيانات الكمية، الأول استبانة لقياس درجة ممارسة معلمات اللغة العربية للمهارات الناعمة والتي تكونت من (23) فقرة، وزعت على أربعة مجالات، وهي: (العمل ضمن الفريق، إدارة الوقت، الاتصال والتواصل، حل المشكلات)، والثاني استبانة لقياس مستوى قيم المواطنة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في منطقة تبوك والتي تكونت من (15) فقرات، وتم توزيع المقاييس على عينة مكونة من (60) مشرفة تربوية، تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية المتيسرة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة معلمات اللغة العربية في منطقة تبوك بالمملكة العربية السعودية للمهارات الناعمة قد جاءت مرتفعة، وأن مستوى قيم المواطنة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في منطقة تبوك من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات قد جاءت مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين درجة ممارسة معلمات اللغة العربية للمهارات الناعمة وتنمية قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في منطقة تبوك من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات. The study aimed to reveal the degree to which Arabic language teachers in the Tabuk district in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia practice soft skills and their relationship to developing digital citizenship values among female secondary school students in the Tabuk district from the point of view of female educational supervisors. The study was conducted according to the descriptive, correlational approach, where two scales were used to collect quantitative data: The first is a questionnaire to measure the degree to which Arabic language teachers practice soft skills, which consisted of (23) items, distributed into four areas, namely: (team work, time management, communication and communication, problem solving), and the second is a questionnaire to measure the level of citizenship values among female secondary school students in Tabuk district , which consisted of (15) paragraphs, The measures were distributed to a sample of (60) educational supervisors in the Tabuk district in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the academic year (2023-2024), who were selected by the available random method. The results showed that the degree to which Arabic language teachers in the Tabuk district in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia practiced soft skills. It was high, and the level of citizenship values among female secondary school students in the Tabuk district from the point of view of educational supervisors was high. The results also showed a positive correlation between the degree of Arabic language teachers’ practice of soft skills and the development of digital citizenship values among female secondary school students in the Tabuk district from the point of view of educational supervisors.
