هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى تصورات القادة الأكاديميين في الجامعات الأردنية في إقليم الشمال لدور الأحزاب السياسية في صنع السياسة التعليمية في الأردن. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع القادة الأكاديميين في الجامعات الأردنية في إقليم الشمال والبالغ عددهم (509) قائدة أكاديميين، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (265) قائدا أكاديميا تم اختيارها بطريقة طبقية عشوائية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء وتطوير استبانة مكونة من (21) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن المتوسط الحسابي لتصورات القادة الأكاديميين في الجامعات الأردنية في إقليم الشمال لدور الأحزاب السياسية في صنع السياسة التعليمية في الأردن جاء بدرجة متوسطة تراوح متوسطها الحسابي بين (3.09- 3.43)، كان أبرزها لمجال المتابعة والتقويم بمتوسط حسابي (3.43) وبدرجة متوسطة، ثم مجال صنع السياسة التعليمية بمتوسط حسابي (3.36) وبدرجة متوسطة، وأخيرا جاء مجال تنفيذ السياسة التعليمية بمتوسط حسابي (3.09) وبدرجة متوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة في مجال صنع السياسة التعليمية تعزى لنوع الكلية ولصالح الكليات العلمية. كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى للجنس، والمسمى الوظيفي، ونوع الجامعة في جميع مجالات الدراسة. The study aimed to identify the perceptions of academic leaders in Jordanian universities in the northern region of the role of political parties in making educational policy in Jordan. The researchers used the descriptive survey methodology. And the study population consisted of all academic leaders in Jordanian universities in the North Region, who numbered (509) academic leaders, and the study sample consisted of (265) academic leaders selected in a stratified random method. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (21) items was built and developed, divided into three dimensions. The study showed that the mean of the perceptions of academic leaders in Jordanian universities in the northern region of the role of political parties in making educational policy in Jordan came to a medium degree, ranged between (3.09-3.43), and the most prominent of which was for the dimension of follow-up and evaluation with a mean of (3.43) and a medium degree, then for the dimension making The educational policy with a mean of (3.36) and a medium degree, and finally the dimension of educational policy implementation came with a mean of (3.09) and a medium degree. It also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) in the responses of the study sample members in the dimension of educational policy making due to the type of college and in favor of the scientific colleges. It was also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) in the responses of the study sample members due to gender, job title, and type of university in all dimensions of the study.
