هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة التزام القيادات الجامعية بمعايير الجودة الأردنية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظرهم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من( 131) قائدًا أكاديميًا في الجامعات الأردنية تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الميسرة، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة باستبانة مكونة من( 35) فقرة تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة التزام القيادات الجامعية الأكاديمية بمعايير الجودة الشاملة في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظرهم جاءت مرتفعة، وأشارت النتائج أيضًا إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الخبرة ولصالح الخبرة (10 سنوات) و(10 سنوات فأكثر). وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة الإدارية وصفة الجامعة والرتبة الأكاديمية ونوع الكلية. The study aimed at finding out degree of commitment of academic university leaders to the standards of comprehensive quality in Jordanian universities from their point of view. To achieve the objective of the study. The validity and reliability of the (35) paragraphs were confirmed, and the study's findings concluded that university leaders' commitment to Jordanian quality standards in Jordanian universities was high, and the findings also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the average estimates of the study sample members due to the variable of experience, in addition, experience (10 years) and (10 years or more). Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences in the average estimates of the study sample members due to administrative function, university qualifications, academic rank, or college type.
