هدفت الدراسة تعرف تصورات مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة في دولة الكويت ومعلميها لواقع الإجراءات الإدارية لتفعيل برنامج الصحة المدرسية في تلك المدارس في ضوء بعض المتغيرات. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (108) مديرين ومديرات، و(376) معلماً ومعلمة. ولجمع البيانات تم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (40) فقرة موزعة على (8) مجالات، وهي: (التربية الصحية، والبيئة المدرسية، والخدمات الصحية، والصحة النفسية والإرشاد، والاهتمام بصحة العاملين، والتغذية وسلامة الغذاء، والتربية البدنية والترفيه، والاهتمام بصحة المجتمع المجاور). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع الإجراءات الإدارية لتفعيل برنامج الصحة المدرسية في المدارس الثانوية العامة في دولة الكويـت جاء بدرجة متوسطة. كما أشارت النتائج الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصورات مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة في دولة الكويـت ومعلميها لواقـــع الإجراءات الإدارية لتفعيل برنامج الصحة المدرسية في تلك المدارس تعزى لمتغير (الجنس) ولصالح الإناث، ولمتغير (المؤهل العلمي) ولصالح (دراسات عليا)، ولمتغير (المركز الوظيفي) ولصالح المديرين، ولمتغير (الخبرة الوظيفية) ولصالح ذوي الخبرة الأعلى (10 سنوات فأكثر). The study aimed to identify the perceptions of the principals of public secondary schools in the State of Kuwait and their teachers of the reality of administrative procedures to activate the school health program in those schools in light of some variables. The researchers used the descriptive survey methodology. The study sample consisted of (108) principals, and (376) male and female teachers. In order to collect the data, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (40) items distributed on (8) domains, namely: (health education, school environment, health services, mental health and counseling, attention to workers’ health, nutrition and food safety, physical education and entertainment, and attention to the health of the neighboring community). The results of the study showed that the reality of the administrative procedures for activating the school health program in public secondary schools in the State of Kuwait came to a medium degree. The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the perceptions of the principals of public secondary schools in the State of Kuwait and their teachers of the reality of administrative procedures to activate the school health program in those schools due to the variable (gender) and in favor of females. And for the variable (educational qualification) in favor of (postgraduate studies), for the variable (job position) and in favor of principals, and for the variable (job experience) in favor of those with higher experience (10 years or more).
