هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي تصورات أعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في الجامعات الأردنية لمستوى القيادة الإبداعية لدى عمداء الكليات الأكاديمية وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي لمناسبته لأغراض الدراسة. وعليه فقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (289) عضو هيئة تدريس والتي تم اختيارها بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الإبداعية لدى عمداء الكليات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية جاءت متوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة عمداء الكليات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الحكومية للقيادة الإبداعية تعزى لبعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، أوصى الباحثان بضرورة تعزيز مقدرة العمداء في الكليات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الحكومية على ممارسة مهارات القيادة الإبداعية، وذلك من خلال عقد الدورات التدريبية، ووضع معايير وأسس علمية خاصة لاختيارهم، والتأكيد على امتلاكهم خصائص القيادة الإبداعية، وتوجيه الأبحاث القادمة لدراسة أساليب تنمية القيادة الإبداعية، وأثر البرامج التدريبية في الإبداع الإداري في الجامعات. This study aimed to investigate the perceptions of faculty members in Jordanian universities of the level of creative leadership among deans of academic faculties and their relationship to some variables. The researchers used the descriptive survey methodology for its suitability for the study. Accordingly, the study sample consisted of (289) faculty members who were selected by the stratified random method. The results of the study showed that the degree of creative leadership practiced by the deans of academic faculties in Jordanian public universities was moderate, and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of creative leadership practiced by the deans of academic faculties in public universities due to some demographic variables. Based on these results, the researchers recommended enhancing the ability of deans in academic faculties in public universities to practice creative leadership skills, by holding training courses, setting special scientific criteria and foundations for their selection, emphasizing their possession of creative leadership characteristics, and directing future research to study methods of development.
