هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الفلسطينية القيادةَ الابتكارية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة طوّر الباحث أداة الدراسة المكونة من (30) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات. وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وزّعت على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (250) عضو هيئة تدريس جرى اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. علماً أن الدراسة استخدمت المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات الفلسطينية القيادةَ الابتكارية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات المستجيبين على الدرجة الكلية تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة: (الجنس، الرتبة العلمية، الجامعة)، بينما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً على الدرجة الكلية تعزى لمتغير: (سنوات الخبرة). The study aimed to reveal the degree to which academic leaders in Palestinian universities practice innovative leadership in light of some variables. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher developed the study tool consisting of (30) items divided into five domains after verifying its validity and reliability, it was distributed to the study sample, which consisted of (250) faculty members, who were chosen by the simple random method. Note that the study used the descriptive methodology. The results showed that the degree to which academic leaders in Palestinian universities practice innovative leadership came to a medium degree. The total degree is attributed to the study variables: (gender, scientific rank, university), while the results showed that there were statistically significant differences on the total degree due to the variable: (years of experience).
