هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تمكين المعلمين تكنولوجياً في محافظة المفرق، ولتحقيق هدفها تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (403) معلمين، ومن نتائج الدراسة أن هناك دوراً فاعلاً للإدارة المدرسية في تمكين المعلمين والمعلمات تكنولوجياً في ضوء إدماج التعليم والتعلم الإلكتروني يتمثل باستخدام وسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة في سبيل التمكين تكنولوجياً، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لدور الإدارة في تمكين المعلمين تكنولوجياً وفقاً لمتغيرات: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والمرحلة التعليمية، بينما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق على حسب متغير الخبرة. The study aimed at revealing the role of the school administration in empowering the teachers technologically in Mafraq governorate. The sample of the study consisted of (403) teachers. The result of the study showed that there was an active role for the school administration in empowering male and female teachers in light of integrating teaching and learning in the educational system. This appears in using modern technological methods for the technological empowering. The study also showed that there was no significant statistical differences for the role of the technological empowering according to sex variable, the academic qualification and the educational stage. The result also showed that there were differences on the account of the experience variables. (Published abstract)
