هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعّرف درجة الثقة التنظيمية لدى مديري التربية والتعليم في الأردن كما يتصورها الموظفون الإداريون العاملون معهم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (270) موظفًا إداريًا. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الثقة التنظيمية لدى مديري التربية والتعليم في الاردن كانت مرتفعة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الثقة التنظيمية لدى مديري التربية والتعليم في الأردن تُعزى لمتغير الخبرة ولصالح من كانت خبرتهم (10 سنوات فأكثر)، ولم تكن هناك فروق دالة إحصائيًا تُعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، أوصى الباحثان بضرورة تركيز المؤسسات التربوية في القطاع العام على جميع العناصر المتعلقة بالثقة التنظيمية في تلك المؤسسات. This study aimed to identify the degree of organizational trust of superintendents in Jordan as perceived by their administrative staff. The study sample consisted of (270) administrative employees. The results of the study showed that the degree of organizational trust among the superintendents in Jordan was high from the point of view of the administrative working with them, and that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α= 0.05) in the degree of organizational trust among superintendents in Jordan due to the variable of experience and in favor of their experience was (10 years or more), and there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α=0.05) due to the variables of gender and educational qualification. In light of the results of the study, the researchers recommended that educational institutions in the public sector should focus on all elements related to organizational trust in those institutions.
