هدفت الدراسة تعرف مستوى الإبداع الوظيفي لدى معلمي المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الأخضر من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين. استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (258) مديراً ومعلماً تمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، أذ طبقت عليهم استبانة تكونت من (23) فقرة موزعة إلى أربعة مجالات: الحساسية للمشكلات، والطلاقة، والمرونة، وقبول المخاطرة. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الإبداع الوظيفي لدى معلمي المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الأخضر جاء متوسطاً، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي لصالح المعلمين، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة). The study aimed to identify the level of professional creativity among secondary school teachers within the green line from the principals and teachers’ point of view. The descriptive survey methodology was used, and the study sample consisted of (258) principals and teachers who were chosen by the simple random method, where a questionnaire consisting of four dimensions: sensitivity to problems, fluency, flexibility, and risk taking was applied to them. The results revealed that the level of professional creativity among secondary school teachers within the green line was medium, and existence of statistically significant differences attributed to the job title variable in favor of teachers, and the absence of statistically significant differences due to the variables (gender, academic qualification, and experience).
