هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن مستوى إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية في لواء حيفا داخل الخط الأخضر، وأثر متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، والمسمى الوظيفي في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة. استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وبهدف جمع البيانات استخدمت استبانة من تطوير الباحثتين، تكونت من ثلاثة مجالات: ما قبل الأزمة، وفي أثناء الأزمة، وما بعد الأزمة، وبعد أن تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة متيسرة من (387) مديراً ومعلماً. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية في لواء حيفا داخل الخط الأخضر كان متوسطاً في جميع المجالات، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير الخبرة لصالح الفئة "عشرة سنوات فأكثر"، ولمتغير المسمى الوظيفي لصالح المديرين، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغيري الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي. أوصت الدراسة بتدريب مديري المدارس على إدارة الأزمات، من خلال دورات وبرامج تنظمها وزارة التربية والتعليم، وتدريب الكوادر المدرسية والطلبة على مواجهة الأزمات من خلال تمارين تحاكي وقوع أزمات حقيقية. The study aimed to identify the level of crisis management among primary school principals in Haifa District within the Green Line, and the impact of the variables of gender, academic qualification, experience, and job title on the responses of the study sample. The survey descriptive methodology was used, and a questionnaire developed by the two researchers was used for data collection, which consisted of three dimensions: pre-crisis, during the crisis, and post-crisis, and after ensuring its validity and reliability, it was applied to an available sample of (387) principals and teachers. The results showed that the level of crisis management among primary school principals in Haifa District within the green line was medium, as well as all its dimensions, statistically significant differences due to the variable of experience in favor of the category “ten years and over”, and to the variable of job title in favor of the principals. Besides, there were no statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender and academic qualification. The study recommended training school principals in managing crises, through courses and programs organized by the Ministry of Education, and training school staff and students to face crises through exercises that simulate the real crises.
