هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع السياسات الأكاديمية لرفع الكفاءة الإنتاجية في الجامعات الرسمية في الأردن في ضوء مفاهيم هندسة القيمة ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (75) فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، ومن ثم تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (300) عضو هيئة تدريس في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية الآتية: (الجامعة الأردنية من إقليم الوسط، وجامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا من إقليم الشمال، وجامعة مؤتة من إقليم الجنوب)، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي في جمع بياناتها، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تقدير واقع السياسات الأكاديمية لرفع الكفاءة الإنتاجية للجامعات الرسمية في الأردن في ضوء مفاهيم هندسة القيمة من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة كانت بدرجة تحقق متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير الخبرة في محور سياسات تطوير الأداء المؤسسي في الجامعات، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير المؤهل العلمي في مجال سياسات تعيين أعضاء هيىة التدريس في الجامعات لصالح حملة شهادة الماجستير. The study aimed to identify the reality of academic policies to raise productive efficiency of public universities in Jordan in light of the concept of value engineering to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (75) items. Its validity and reliability were confirmed, and then it was distributed to the study sample of (300) faculty members in the following official Jordanian universities: (The University of Jordan from the Central Region, and the University of Science and Technology from the Northern Region, and Mut’ah University from the Southern Region), The study adopted the descriptive survey methodology in surveying its data. The results of the study showed that the degree of assessment of the reality of academic policies to raise the productive efficiency of public universities in Jordan in light of the concepts of value engineering from the point of view of the study sample members was medium, and the results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the effect of the experience variable on the axis of institutional performance development policies in universities. The results also showed the presence of statistically significant differences due to the effect of academic qualification variable in the field of policies for appointing faculty members in universities in favor of master's degree holders.
