هدفت الدراسة تعرف مستوى دور مديري المدارس في تعزيز ممارسة الطلبة للأنشطة اللاصفية في المدارس الابتدائية داخل الخط الأخضر من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمعلمين في ضوء بعض المتغيرات. استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة لجمع البيانات، بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، إذ تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (355) مشرفاً ومعلماً. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى دور مديري المدارس الابتدائية داخل الخط الأخضر في تعزيز ممارسة الطلبة للأنشطة اللاصفية جاء مرتفعاً، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، والمسمى الوظيفي). The study aimed to identify the level of the role of school principals in promoting students' practice of extracurricular activities in primary schools within the Green Line from the supervisors and teachers’ point of view, in light of some variables. The descriptive survey methodology was used, and the questionnaire was used to collect data, as it was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (355) supervisors and teachers after assuring its validity and reliability. The results showed that the level of the primary school principals’ role in promoting students’ practice of extra-curricular activities within the green line was high, and the existence of statistically significant differences attributed to gender variable in favor of males, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributed to the variables (academic qualification, experience, and job title).
