هدفت الدراسة لقياس درجة توافر متطلبات تطبيق إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في الجامعة الأردنية من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تطوير الاستبانة لجمع البيانات وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة التي تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من (350) موظفاً وموظفة، وبينت الدراسة توافر متطلبات تطبيق أعادة هندسة العمليات في الجامعة بدرجة مرتفعة، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغير العمر لصالح الفئة أقل من (30) سنة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس والمستوى الوظيفي، وأوصت الدراسة أن تقوم الادارة العليا في الجامعة الاردنية بتوظيف إعادة هندسة العمليات في تعزيز مؤشرات الأداء للعمليات الادارية والاكاديمية، وتوظيف توافر المتطلبات المرتفعة في أجراء اصلاح هيكلي وأداري للعمليات الادارية في الجامعة. The study aimed to measure the degree of availability of requirements for the application of re-engineering administrative processes at the University of Jordan from the point of view of its employees. The study relied on the descriptive survey methodology. A questionnaire was developed to collect data. Its validity and reliability were confirmed. The study sample, which was selected in a simple random method, consisted of (350) male and female employees. The study showed the availability of the requirements for the application of re-engineering of administrative processes at the university to a high degree, and the results showed the presence of statistically significant differences in age variable in favor of the category less than (30) years, and the absence of differences according to the variables of gender and job level and the study recommended that the higher management at the university of Jordan employs re-engineering administrative processes to enhance performance indicators for administrative and academic processes, and employs the availability of high requirements in conducting structural and administrative reform of administrative processes at the university.
