هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة القيادة الإبداعية لدى مديري المدارس الإعدادية في لواء حيفا داخل الخط الأخضر، والتعرف إلى الفروق في تقديرات عينة الدراسة وفقاً لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، والمسمى الوظيفي. استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وبهدف جمع البيانات، استخدمت استبانة تكونت من (31) فقرة توزعت إلى أربعة مجالات، الطلاقة، المرونة، الأصالة، والحساسية للمشكلات، بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (368) مديراً ومعلماً، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الإبداعية لدى مديري المدارس الإعدادية في لواء حيفا داخل الخط الأخضر من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين جاءت متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لأثر متغيرات الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، في حين وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لأثر متغير المسمى الوظيفي لصالح المديرين. The study aimed to identify the degree of creative leadership practice among middle school principals in Haifa District within The Green Line and relationship to some variables and to identify the differences in the estimates of the study sample according to the variables of gender, academic qualification, experience, and job title. The descriptive survey methodology was used, after assuring its validity and reliability a questionnaire was used to collect data, as it consisted of (31) items distributed into four domains fluency, flexibility, originality, and sensitivity to problems. The study sample consisted of (368) principals and teachers, who were selected by using accessible method. The study results indicated that the degree of creative leadership practice among middle school principals in Haifa District within the green line from the point of view of principals and teachers was medium, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributed gender, academic qualification, and experience variables, while there were statistically significant differences due to job title variable, in favor of principals.
