هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع تطبيق الحوكمة الإدارية في الجامعات الأردنية في محافظات الشمال وعلاقتها بالولاء المؤسسي. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، إذ تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية تكونت من (175) عميدا ورئيس قسم من العاملين في جامعات شمال الأردن. بينت نتائج الدراسة أنَّ واقع تطبيق الحوكمة الإدارية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر عمداء الكليات ورؤساء الأقسام جاء مرتفعًا، كما وأنَّ مستوى الولاء المؤسسي في الجامعات الأردنية كان مرتفعًا من وجهة نظرهم. كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) بين واقع تطبيق الحوكمة الإدارية ومستوى الولاء المؤسسي في الجامعات الأردنية. This study aimed to define the reality of applying administrative governance in Jordanian Universities in the northern governorates and its relationship to institutional loyalty. The descriptive correlational methodology was used. A questionnaire was used for data collection, and was checked and verified. It was a collection angle of (175) deans and heads of departments who work in the universities of Northern Jordan. The study results showed that the reality of applying administrative governance in Jordanian Universities from deans and heads of departments' point of view was high; also, the level of institutional loyalty in the Jordanian universities was high from their point of view. The results revealed a statistically significant correlation at the level of (α=0.05) between the reality of applying administrative governance and the level of institutional loyalty in the Jordanian universities.
