هدفت الدّراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة المعلمين للأدوار القيادية وعلاقتها بالتميّز المؤسسي في المدارس داخل الخط الاخضر من وجهة المعلمين القادة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وذلك بتطبيق الاستبانة (مقياس الأدوار القيادية للمعلمين ومقياس التميّز المؤسسي) على عينة طبقية عشوائية مكونة من (397) معلمًا ومعلمة من المعلمين القادة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقديرات المشاركين لدرجة قيام المعلمين بأدوار قيادية، وكذلك تقديراتهم لدرجة التميز المؤسسي كانت بدرجة مرتفعة على المقياسين ومجالاتهما، كما وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين درجة قيام المعلمين بأدوار قيادية في المدارس داخل الخط الأخضر وتحقيق التميّز المؤسسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين القادة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، يوصي الباحثان بأهمية قيام المعلمين بأدوارهم القيادية لتحقيق التميّز المؤسسي، وتوفير البرامج التدريبية للقائمين على العملية التعليمية من مديرين ومعلمين؛ بهدف رفع كفاياتهم القيادية. The study aimed to identify the degree to which teachers practice leadership roles and their relationship to institutional excellence in schools within the Green Line from the viewpoint of teacher leaders. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlational methodology was used, by administering two quantitative scales (the scale of leadership roles for teachers and the scale of institutional excellence) to a stratified random sample consisted of (397) male and female teacher leaders. The results of the study showed that participants’ estimates of both the degree to which teachers practice leadership roles and institutional excellence came with a high degree. The results also showed the existence of a positive correlation between the degree of teachers’ practice of leadership roles in schools within the Green Line and achieving institutional excellence from the participants’ point of view. The researchers recommended emphasizing teachers’ leadership roles and continuous training for those in charge of the educational process, including principals and teachers, in order to raise their leadership competencies.
