هدفت الدراسة تعرف مستوى إدارة الوقت لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية داخل الخط الأخضر في ضوء متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، والمسمى الوظيفي. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينتها من (284) فردًا تمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة، وبهدف جمع البيانات، طوَّر الباحثان استبانة تكونت من أربعة مجالات: (تخطيط الوقت، تنظيم الوقت، توجيه الوقت، الرقابة على الوقت). أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى إدارة الوقت بمجالاته الأربعة كان متوسطاً، وأظهرت النتائج كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، والمسمى الوظيفي. أوصت الدراسة بعقد دورات تأهيلية للمديرين والمعلمين لتعريفهم بأهمية إدارة الوقت داخل المدرسة، ومنح المديرين حرية أكبر في تخطيط الوقت في مدارسهم. The study aimed to identify the level of time management among primary school principals within the green line in light of (gender, academic qualification, experience, and job title) variables. The descriptive survey methodology was used. The sample consisted of (284) individuals who were selected by the available method. To collect data, the researchers developed a questionnaire that consisted of four domains: (Time planning, time organizing, time directing, and time monitoring). The results showed that the level of time management in its four domains was medium and the absence of statistically significant differences because of (gender, academic qualification, experience, and job title) variables. The study recommended conducting training courses for principals and teachers to introduce them to the importance of time management within the school, and to give principals wider margin of freedom in planning time in their schools.
