هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن درجة تطبيق استراتيجيات إدارة الصراع لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في قصبة اربد وعلاقتها بمستوى العلاقات الإنسانية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، تم استخدام المَنْهَج الوصفيّ الارتباطي. تم اختيار عيِّنة الدراسة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. وقد اشتملت عيِّنة الدراسة من (249) معلماً ومعلمة. لتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة تم استخدام استبانة تقيس استراتيجيات ادارة الصراع ومستوى العلاقات الإنسانية، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق استراتيجيات إدارة الصراع جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة) بمتوسط حسابي (3.76)، فقد جاء المجالات مرتبة تنازلياً: الإرضاء يليه، التسوية، يليه التكامل، يليه التجنب، يليه الهيمنة وجميعها جاءت بدرجة كبيرة باستثناء الإرضاء، الذي جاء بدرجة كبيرة جداً. كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى العلاقات الإنسانية في المدارس الثانوية كان كبيراً، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة موجبة بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على درجة تطبيق استراتيجيات إدارة الصراع وعلاقته بالعلاقات الإنسانية وفي ضوء النتائج اوصت الباحثة بتجنب استراتيجيات ادارة الصراع غير المهنية، واستخدام الايجابي منها في المدارس. The study aimed to reveal the degree of applying conflict management strategies among secondary school principals in the Qasbah of Irbid and its relationship to the level of human relations from the teachers' point of view. The descriptive correlational methodology was used. The study sample was chosen by the stratified random method. The study sample included (249) male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used that measures conflict management strategies and the level of human relations. The results of the study showed that the degree of applying of conflict management strategies came to a (large) degree with a mean of (3.76), where the domains were ranked in descending order: satisfaction, followed by, settlement, followed by integration, followed by avoidance. , followed by dominance, and all of them came to a large degree except for gratification, which came to a very large degree. The results also showed that the level of human relations in secondary schools was great, and the results showed a positive relationship between the estimates of the study sample members on the degree of applying conflict management strategies and its relationship to human relations. In light of the results, the researcher recommended avoiding non-professional conflict management strategies, and using them positively in schools. (Published abstract)
