هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة في فلسطين للقيادة الرنانة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (351) معلماً ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، وفقاً للتوزع الجغرافي لمحافظات فلسطين، وهي: (من الشمال مديرية طولكرم، ومن الوسط مديرية رام الله، ومن الجنوب مديرية جنوب الخليل). ولغايات جمع البيانات، تم تطوير استبانة لقياس درجة ممارسة القيادة الرنانة، تكونت من (33) فقرة، توزعت على ثلاثة مجالات وهي: اليقظة الذهنية، والأمل والرحمة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنَّ درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة في فلسطين للقيادة الرنانة جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وكانت جميع المجالات بدرجة مرتفعة، وجاء ترتيبها: الأمل، فالرحمة، فاليقظة الذهنية. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α≤0.05) لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية العامة في فلسطين للقيادة ‏الرنانة تُعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل ‏العلمي والخبرة. The study aimed at finding out the degree of practicing resonant leadership by public secondary school principals in Palestine in light of some variables. The study sample consisted of (351) teachers, who were chosen by stratified random sample method, according to the geographical location of the governorates in Palestine, which are: (Tulkarm from the north, Ramallah from the center& Khalil from the south). Data gathering were done using a 33-item questionnaire, which divided into three domains: mindfulness, hope and compassion. The results of the study indicated that the degree of practicing resonant leadership by public secondary school principals in Palestine is high, with a mean of (3.99) and a standard deviation of (0.631). All domains were at a high level, and their order was: hope, compassion and mindfulness. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) to the degree to which public secondary school principals in Palestine practice resonant leadership due to the variables of gender, educational qualification and experience.
