هدفت الدراسة تقديم بعض المقترحات لتطوير التعليم العالي في مصر في ضوء منهجية تيونينج. استعانت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تناول الوضع الراهن للتعليم العالي في مصر، وتقديم وصف مفصل مميز لمنهجية تيونينج ودورها الرائد في الارتقاء بجودة التعليم العالي محليًا وعالميًا من خلال الإفادة من الأدبيات التربوية الحديثة. توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من المقترحات، من أهمها: إضفاء الطابع المؤسسي لأكاديمية تيونينج في جميع الجامعات المصرية؛ تعزيز أنشطة تيونينج المشتركة؛ مثل: ورش العمل والمؤتمرات والمنشورات والبحوث داخل الجامعات المصرية ؛ تشكيل تحالف للجامعات العربية يوازي تحالف الجامعات الأجنبية في الاتحاد الأوروبي فى إطار عربى يراعى التقاليد والقيم التي نشأت فيها تلك الجامعات، ويقوم بتنظيم قدرات الجامعات العربية الإدارية والتعليمية وفق أسس تضمن حسن أدائها ومخرجاتها وتطوير دورها الحيوي مع تعزيز تواصل تحالف الجامعات العربي مع أكاديمية تيونينج دون المساس باستقلالية الجامعات، وحرياتها؛ وضع نظام وسياسة للتنمية المهنية بالجامعة من خلال التخطيط الجيد من جانب الإدارة الجامعية لتحسين أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتنظيم البرامج وتنفيذها والإشراف عليها من أجل جودة العمل والمتابعة التامة والتقويم المستمر؛ إعادة هيكلة البرامج والمقررات الدراسية بإعطاء مساحة أكبر للجوانب المهارية التي تلقاها الخريج مقابل الجوانب المعرفية تحقيقًا لجدارته المهنية وجاهزيته العملية لسوق العمل مع إضفاء البعد الدولي علي تلك المقررات؛ دعوة الجامعات المصرية لتطبيق نظام النقاط الأوروبي (ECTS) كبديل لنظام الساعات المعتمدة. The study aimed to present some proposals for the development of higher education in Egypt with reference to Tuning methodology. The study used the descriptive analytical approach to address the current situation of higher education in Egypt, and to provide a distinctive overview of Tuning methodology and its leading role in improving the quality of higher education locally and globally by benefiting from modern educational literature. The study reached a set of proposals, the most important of which are: institutionalizing Tuning Academy in all Egyptian universities; strengthening joint Tuning activities, such as: workshops, conferences, publications and research within Egyptian universities; forming an alliance of Arab universities parallel to the alliance of foreign universities in the European Union within an Arab framework that takes into account the traditions and values in which these universities were established, and regulating the administrative and educational capabilities of Arab universities on the basis of ensuring their good performance and outputs and developing their vital role while strengthening the communication of the Arab Universities Alliance with the Tuning Academy without compromising their independence and their freedoms; Developing a system and policy for professional development at the university through good planning by University administration to improve the performance of faculty members, organize, implement and supervise programs for the quality of work and full follow-up and continuous evaluation; Restructure programs and courses by giving more space to the skill aspects received by the graduate versus the cognitive aspects in order to achieve his professional competence and practical readiness for the labor market with adding an international dimension to these academic programs.
