هدفت هذه الدراسة معرفة أوجه الإفادة من تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير العملية التعليمية بمصر، من خلال الاستفادة من الأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة وتجربتي الإمارات العربية المتحدة وهونج كونج. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تناولت الدراسة الوضع الراهن، ومواطن القصور في توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير العملية التعليمية بمصر، وتوصلت الدراسة فى نهايتها لوضع مجموعة من المقترحات من أجل تلافي مواطن القصور وتوظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي بفاعلية في تطوير عمليتي التعليم والتعلم، ومن أهمها: إنشاء كليات لتدريس الذكاء الاصطناعي أو استحداث أقسام بكليات التربية لإعداد معلم متقن لتطبيقاته ومبادئه أخلاقياته، ووضع مخطط واضح لكيفية إدخال الذكاء الاصطناعي في المدارس، وقيام الجهات المعنية بتطوير البنية التحتية للمدارس من خلال تزويدها بالأجهزة المحمولة واللوحية و المنصات الافتراضية والتقنيات التي تقدم المحتوى الإلكتروني بشكل سهل، وتدريب معلمي المدارس علي استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي كميسر ومساعد لهم في العملية التعليمية. The study aimed to identify the benefits of the applications of artificial intelligence in the development of the educational process in Egypt, by benefiting from contemporary educational literature and the experiences of the United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. The study dealt with the current situation and the shortcomings in the use of artificial intelligence applications in the development of the educational process in Egypt. The study concluded a set of proposals in order to employ artificial intelligence applications effectively in the development of teaching and learning processes, the most important of which are: the establishment of colleges to teach artificial intelligence or the development of departments in the faculties of education to prepare a teacher proficient in its applications, principles and ethics, the development of a clear scheme for how to introduce artificial intelligence in schools, the development of school infrastructure by the concerned authorities by providing them with mobile devices, tablets, virtual platforms and technologies that provide electronic content easily, and the training of school teachers on the use of artificial intelligence applications as a facilitator and assistant to them in the educational process.
