The research aims at preparing HAPP-3 test for phonetic patterns and phonological disorders. It also aims at verifying the validity and stability of the test and determining its standards. For achieving this goal, researchers have translate and bumped a measurement consisting of three main forms; as follows: Firstly, a phonological sorting form which consists of 12 words, and it is considered as a preliminary form. Secondly, the form of substitution patterns which consists of 50 words. Thirdly, the form of aspects of deficiency in comprehensive phonological analysis which consists of 50 motivating words for measuring the levels of phonetic patterns and phonological disorders. The measurement has been introduced to a panel of referees to ascertain its validity. Moreover, researchers have applied the measurement to a sample of 100 (72) males and females (28) children aged from 3 to 6 years old. The average age is 4.43 and a standard deviation 1.39. Children’s intelligence quotient (IQ) ranges from (90-110). The children in the sample were in nurseries and centers for children. Results indicated the validity, reliability, and practicality of the test In Egypt. (Published abstract)
