هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مؤشرات القيادة الأصيلة لدى مديري المدراس الثانوية في شرقي القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين. اعتمدت المنهج المدمج (الكمي والنوعي)، تم تطوير مقياس القيادة الأصيلة الذي يشتمل على أربعة مجالات هي: الوعي الذاتي، والمنظور الأخلاقي الداخلي، وشفافية العلاقات، والمعالجة المتوازنة، ثم التأكد من صدقه وثباته وتطبيقه على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (228) معلما ومعلمة من (10) مدارس ثانوية في شرقي القدس، وطبقت النظرية المتجذرة لتحليل مقابلات أجريت مع (7) من المعلمين. أظهرت النتائج أن مؤشرات القيادة الأصيلة في مجالاتها الأربعة مرتفعة، وكانت مرتبه على التوالي: (المنظور الأخلاقي الداخلي، المعالجة المتوازنة، الوعي الذاتي، شفافية العلاقات)، وقد أمكن مناقشة النتائج التي تطابقت في الجانبين الكمي والنوعي بدرجة كبيرة. أوصت الدراسة بأهمية تعزيز القيادة الأصيلة لواقعية في المدارس الثانوية، من خلال بناء قدرات مديري المدارس على ممارسات القيادة الأصيلة. This study aimed to identify the indicators of authentic leadership practiced by secondary school principals in East Jerusalem from the perspectives of teachers. The study employed a mixed research method, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The authentic leadership scale, comprising four dimensions: Self awareness, internalized moral perspective, relational transparency, and balanced processing, was administered to a random sample of 228 teachers from 10 secondary schools in East Jerusalem. Additionally, qualitative interviews were conducted with seven school teachers, and the grounded theory approach was used to analyze the collected data. The study revealed high indicators of authentic leadership among school principals across the dimensions of internalized moral perspective, balanced processing, self-awareness, and relational transparency. The quantitative and qualitative findings were congruent and discussed in detail. The study highlights the importance of enhancing authentic leadership in secondary schools by fostering the capacity of school principals in authentic leadership practices. (Published abstract)
