إنبثقت فكرة هذه الدراسة من قانون ساعات التناقص الذى يعنى بتطبيق أنشطة لاصفية في المدارس الرسمية إلا أنه لا يطبّق في أغلبها، لذا سيتم تسليط الضوء عليه في هذه الدراسة من خلال تطبيقه بجميع مواده، وعرض نتائجه الهامة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إيجاد العلاقة بين التفكير الإبداعي في تفعيل الأنشطة اللاصفية في المدارس الرسمية، ودرجة تأثير تلك الأنشطة على المتعلمين، وكيفية استثمار تلك الأنشطة في رفع مستوى التفكير عندهم. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 25 مدير ومديرة مدارس ابتدائية وروضات في طرابلس، و50 طفلا وطفلة في مرحلة الروضة، وقد تم جمع البيانات باستخدام استطلاع الرأي واستبانة المدراء التي تألفت من ثلاثة محاور، واختبار تورانس للمتعلّمين، وقد تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي. أما أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن المدير الذي يتمتع بالأصالة يملك القدرة على تفعيل الأنشطة اللاصفية، بالإضافة إلى أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى تفعيل الأنشطة اللاصفية القبلي والبعدي يعزي إلى التفكير الإبداعي عند المدير، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى تفعيل الأنشطة اللاصفية يعزى إلى توفير الإمكانيات المادية، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الأصالة عند المتعلمين يعزى إلى تفعيل الأنشطة اللاصفية. The idea of this study emerged from the law of diminishing hours, which deals with the application of extracurricular activities in public schools, but it is not applied in most of them, so it will be highlighted in this study through how it is applied in all its subjects, and presenting its important results. This study aims to find the relationship between creative thinking in activating extra-curricular activities in public schools, and the degree of impact of those activities on learners, and how to invest those activities in raising their level of thinking. The study sample consisted of 25 principals of primary schools and kindergartens in Tripoli, and 50 children in the kindergarten stage. The data were collected using an opinion poll and a principals questionnaire, which consisted of three chapters, and the Torrance test for learners, and the use of experimental method. The most prominent findings of the study are that the principal who enjoys originality has the ability to activate extracurricular activities, in addition to that there are statistically significant differences in the level of pre and post extracurricular activities activating due to the creative thinking of the principal, and there are statistically significant differences in the level of activation of activities extracurricular is attributed to the provision of material capabilities, and there are statistically significant differences in the level of originality among learners due to the activation of extracurricular activities.
