هدفت الدراسة التعرف على مدى توافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة بالمدارس الأساسية في لواء قصبة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات، وإعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمسحي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وتم تطوير استبانة والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها وتطبيقها على عينة تكونت من (305) معلم ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وأظهرت النتائج أن مدى توافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة بالمدارس الأساسية في لواء قصبة عمان جاء مرتفع، وأظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مدى توافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة تعزى لمتغيرات (النوع، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية في مجال المنظمة المتعلمة)، وفي ضوء النتاج قدمت الباحثة بعض التوصيات والمقترحات اللازمة. The study aimed to identify the availability of the dimensions of the learning organization in basic schools in the Kasbah Amman district from the teachers’ point of view. They were chosen by random method, and the results showed that the availability of the dimensions of the learning organization in basic schools in the Kasbah of Amman was high, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the study sample members aboutthe availability of the dimensions of the learning organization due to the variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience, training courses in the field of the learning organization), and in light of the results, the researcher presented some necessary recommendations and suggestions.
