هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى معوقات استخدام تكنولوجيا الإتصال والمعلومات بالمدارس الاساسية في لواء قصبة أربد من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات، والكشف عن سبل التغلب عليها، وكذلك الكشف عن ما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات اجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول معوقات استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات بالمدارس الاساسية في لواء قصبة أربد تعزى لاختلاف متغيرات الدراسة: (النوع، التخصص، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية في مجال استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات)، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمسحي لتحقيق أهدافها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (373) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الاساسية في لواء قصبة اربد تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن معوقات استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات بالمدارس الاساسية في لواء قصبة اربد من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، بمتوسط حسابي (3.80) وانحراف معياري (0.956)، أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات اجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول معوقات استخدام تكنولوجيا الإتصال والمعلومات بالمدارس الأساسية في لواء قصبة أربد تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة، وأن سبل التغلب على معوقات استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات بالمدارس الاساسية في لواء قصبة اربد من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات جاءت مرتفعة، بمتوسط حسابي (4.08) وانحراف معياري (0.892). The study aimed to identify the obstacles to the use of communication and information technology in basic schools in the Kasbah of Irbid district from the teachers’ point of view, and to reveal ways to overcome them, as well as to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average answers of the study sample members on the obstacles to the use of communication and information technology in basic schools in the Kasbah of Irbid district due to the different variables of the study: (gender, specialization, academic qualification, years of experience, training courses in the use of communication and information technology), the study adopted the descriptive, analytical and survey method to achieve its objectives, and the sample of the study consisted Out of (373) male and female primary school teachers in the district of Irbid district were chosen in a random way, and the results of the study showed that the obstacles to the use of communication and information technology in basic schools in the district of Irbid district from the point of view of teachers came to a high degree, with an arithmetic mean (3.80) and a standard deviation (0.956), that there are no statistically significantdifferences between the average responses of the study sample members about the obstacles to the use of communication and information technology The basic schools in the Irbid Qasbah district are attributed to the study variables, and that the ways to overcome the obstacles to the use of communication and information technology in the basic schools in the Irbid Qasbah district from the teachers’ point ofview were high, with an arithmetic mean (4.08) and a standard deviation (0.892).
