هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة إدارة الأزمات لدى مديرة المدارس الحكومية في لواء القويسمة، استخدمت الباحثة في هذه الدّراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية لواء القويسمة في الأردن، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (70) مديرا ومديرة، وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة من الذكور (20) كما بلغ عدد الإناث (50) تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن المتوسطات الحسابية لمجالات الدراسة المتعلقة بدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لإدارة الأزمات، تراوحت (3.32-4.37) بدرجة موافقة متوسطة، حيث كان أعلاها للمجال "درجة ممارسة إدارة الأزمات قبل حدوثها"، ثم يليه المجال "درجة ممارسة إدارة الأزمات أثناء حدوثها "، بينما كان أدناها للبعد "درجة ممارسة إدارة الأزمات بعد حدوثها"، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي للمجالات ككل (3.64) بدرجة موافقة متوسطة، وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الباحثة بالاستفادة من تجارب الدول المتقدمة في إدارة الأزمات التعليمية بنجاح، والعمل على تصميم برامج تدريبية تنمي قدرات مديري المدارس على التطبيق العملي لسيناريو الأزمات المتوقعة في المدارس بالإضافة إلى تدريب المعلمين والطلبة عليها. The study aimed to identify the degree of crisis management practice among government school principals in Qweismeh district. The number of male sample members (20) and the number of females (50) were chosen by the simple random method. One of the most prominent results of the study is that the arithmetic averages of the fields of study related to the degree of school principals practice of crisis management ranged (3.32-4.37) with a degree of agreement. Medium, where the highest for the field was "the degree of practice of crisis management before its occurrence", then followed by the field "the degree of practice of crisis management during its occurrence", while the lowest for the dimension was "the degree of practice of crisis managementafter its occurrence", and the arithmetic average of the domains as a whole was (3.64) with a corresponding degree medium, and in light of the results, the researcher recommends benefiting from the experiences of developed countries in managing educational crises successfully, and working on designing training programs that develop the capabilities of school principals on practical application. The scenario of the expected crises in schools, in addition to training teachers and students on them. (Published abstract)
