هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسية في تربية الزرقاء الأولى لمبادئ المدرسة المجتمعية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات فيها، والكشف عما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات اجابات المعلمين والمعلمات نحو مدى ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسية في تربية الزرقاء الأولى لمبادئ المدرسة المجتمعية تعزى إلى متغيرات (النوع، التخصص، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (302) من المعلمين والمعلمات في المدارس الأساسية بتربية الزرقاء الأولى تم تطبيق استبانة عليهم خلال الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي2021/2022م. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مدى ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسية في تربية الزرقاء الأولى لمبادئ المدرسة المجتمعية جاء مرتفع بشكل عام بمتوسط حسابي (3.61) ونسبة مئوية (72.32%)، وأن جميع المجالات جاء بمدى مرتفع، حصل فيها المجال الثاني (الاجتماعي) على المرتبة الأولى، يليه المجال الأول (التعليمي) ثم المجال الرابع (الصحي) ويليه أخيراً المجال الثالث (الاقتصادي)، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات اجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مدى ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسية في تربية الزرقاء الأولى لمبادئ المدرسة المجتمعية تعزى لمتغيرات: (النوع، التخصص، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، في حين توجد فروق احصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي في المجال الاجتماعي بين فئة بكالوريوس وفئة دراسات عليا لصالح فئة دراسات عليا، كما توجد فروق إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة في المجال التعليمي بين فئة (5 سنوات فأقل) وفئة (أكثر من 10 سنوات) لصالح فئة (5 سنوات فأقل)، وبين فئة (6-10 سنوات) وفئة (أكثر من 10 سنوات) لصالح فئة (6-10 سنوات). The study aimed to identify the extent to which the principals of basic schools in the first Zarqa education practice the principles of the community school from the point of view of the male and female teachers in it, and to detect whether there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the answers of male and female teachers towards the extent to which the principals of the basic schools in the first Zarqa education practice the principles of the community school. It is attributed to the variables (gender, specialization, academic qualification, years of experience), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical and survey method was used. Academic year 2021/2022. The results of the study showed that the extent to which the principals of basic schools in the first Zarqa education practiced the principles of the community school were generally high with an arithmetic average (3.61) and a percentage (72.32%), and that all fields came with a high extent, in which the second (social) domain ranked first. Followed by the first (educational) domain, then the fourth (healthy) domain, and finally by the third (economic) domain. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of the responses of the study sample members about the extent to which principals of basic schools practice education The first blue for the principles of the community school is attributed to the variables: (gender, specialization, academic qualification, yearsof experience), while there are statistical differences due to the variableof academic qualification in the social field between the bachelor’s category and the graduate studies category in favor of the post graduate category, and there are statistical differences due to the years variable Experience in the educational field is between a category (5 years and less) and a category (more than 10 years) in favor of a category (5 years and less), and between a category (6-10 years) and a category (more than 10 years) in favor of a category (6-10 years).
