هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء الرصيفة لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بجودة القرارات الإدارية من وجهة نظرهم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي, وتطوير استبانة تقيس أنماط القيادة التربوية وعلاقتها بجودة القرارات الإدارية، مكونة من (43) فقرة وزّعت على جزئيين, بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها وبتطبيقها على عينة الدراسة المكوّنة من (80) مديراً ومديرة في لواء الرصيفة/الأردن, والتي تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام 2021/2022. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة: بأن الأبعاد المعبرّة عن متغير القيادة التحويلية السائدة لدى مديري المدارس قد حصلت جميعها على متوسطات حسابية تراوحت ما بين (3.45-3.67)، وهي متوسطات ذات درجات متوسطة. إضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين ممارسة مديري مدارس تربية لواء الرصيفة لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية وجودة اتخاذ القرارات، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدالة( 0.05≥α) بين تقديرات أفراد العينة حول أبعاد القيادة التحويلية السائدة في المدارس الحكومية تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي وسنوات الخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر ثقافة ممارسة أبعاد القيادة التحويلية في المؤسسات التربوية والتعليمية، واستغلالها بشكل أمثل، وتشجيع القيادات التربوية على تفويض المعلمين في عملية صنع القرارات وتمكينهم من ممارسة هذه المهارة القيادية. The study aimed to identify the reality of the practice of government school principals in the Rusaifa district of the dimensions of transformational leadership and its relationship to the quality of administrative decisions from their point of view. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlative approach was adopted. In addition, a questionnaire that measures the educational leadership styles and their relationship to the quality of administrative decisions, consisting of (43) items wasdeveloped. This questionnaire was distributed into two parts, after verifying its validity and stability, and applying it to the study sample consisting of (80) male and female principals in the Rusifa District/Jordan, who were chosen intentionally, in the second semester of the year 2021/2022. Among the most prominent results of the study: that the dimensions expressing the transformational leadership variable prevailing among school principals have all obtained arithmetic averages that ranged between (3.45-3.67), which are averages with medium degrees. In addition to the existence of a direct correlation between the practice of the Rusaifa district education school principals of the dimensions of transformational leadership and the qualityof decision-making, and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of the function (α≥0.05) between the estimates of the sample members about the dimensions of transformational leadership prevailing in public schools are ascribedto the gender variable and years of experience. The study recommended the necessity of spreading the culture of practicing the dimensions of transformational leadership in educational institutions, and making optimal use of it, and encouraging educational leaders to delegate teachers in the decision-making process and enable them to practice this leadership skill.
