هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع اللإتصال الإداري الفعال في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لقياس واقع الاتصال الاداري الفعال، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (1325) معلم ومعلمة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) معلم معلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الإتصال الإداري الفعال ككل جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة)؛ وكشفت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، نوع المدرسة)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغير (سنوات الخبرة)، وجاءت لصالح (أكثر من 10سنوات). وأوصت الدراسة العمل على تعزيز ونشر ثقافة الاتصال الاداري الفعال لدى المديرين والمعلمين والمعلمات في المدارس ,وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات المتعلقة بالاتصال الاداري وربطها بمتغيرات أخرى في مجال الادارة والقيادة التربوية. The study aimed to identify the reality of effective administrative communication in secondary education in the schools of the directorate of education, and the study adopted the descriptive survey method, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the reality of effective administrative communication, where the study population consisted of (1,325) teachers, and the study sample consisted of ( 300) female teachers were chosen randomly. The results of the study showed that the reality of effective administrative communication as a whole came to a (large) degree; The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the sample members due to the variables (Gender, educational qualification, school type), and there were statistically significant differences in the variable (years of experience), which came in favor of (more than 10 years). The study recommended working on the promotion and dissemination of culture practicing effective administrative communication with principals, teachers, and teachers in schools, and doing more one of the studies related to the practice of effective administrative communication and linking it to other variables in the field of educational management and leadership.
