هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الإستعداد الزواجي وعلاقته بالإرتياح النفسي لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة، وعلاقة ذلك ببعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية، وتم استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لإجراء الدراسة ولتحقيق أهداف الدِراسة تم تطوير مقاييس الدراسة: الإستعداد الزواجي، لإرتياح النفسي، جرى التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتم تطبيقها على عينة اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة تكونت من (428) من طلبة السنة الثالثة والرابعة في جامعة مؤتة، وأشارت النتائج أن مستوى الاستعداد الزواجي والارتياح النفسي جاء مرتفعا، كما أظهرت وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين الاستعداد الزواجي ومقياس الإرتياح النفسي، وأن أبعاد الإستعداد الزواجي (البعد التربوي، والتأهل النفسي للزواج) قد فسرت معا (28.1%) من الإرتياح النفسي، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإستعداد الزواجي تعزى لأثر متغير (الجنس) في (البعد القانوني) لصالح الإناث، وفي (البعد التربوي) لصالح الذكور، وتعزى لأثر متغير (الكلية) في (البعد القانوني) لصالح الكليات الإنسانية، وفي (البعد الاجتماعي والاقتصادي) لصالح الكليات العلمية، وتعزى لأثر متغير (السنة الدراسية) في (البعد الاجتماعي والاقتصادي) لصالح السنة الدراسية الثالثة، كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإرتياح النفسي تعزى لأثر متغيرات (الجنس، الكلية، السنة الدراسية)، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة تم الخروج ببعض التوصيات منها ضرورة المحافظة على المستوى المرتفع للإستعداد الزواجي والإرتياح النفسي لدى طلبة جامعة مؤتة من خلال عقد الدورات التدريبية وتوزيع النشرات التوعوية بهذا الخصوص. The study aimed to identify the level of marital readiness and its relationship to psychological satisfaction among Mutah University students, and its relationship to some demographic variables. To achieve the objectives of the study, The descriptive correlation method was used the study scales (marital readiness, psychological satisfaction) were developed and their validity and reliability were verified. It was applied to a sample chosen by the simple random method. It consisted of (428) third and fourth year-students at Mutah University. The results indicated that the level of marital readiness and psychological satisfaction was high and also showed a positive correlation between marital readiness and the scale of psychological satisfaction, and that the dimensions of marital readiness (educational dimension, psychological qualification for marriage) together accounted for (28.1%) of psychological satisfaction. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of maritalreadiness ascribed to the effect of the (sex) variable in the (legal dimension) in favor of females and in the (educational dimension) the results were in favor of males. The results were in favor of the faculties of humanities due to (faculty) variable in the (legal dimension). In the (social and economic dimension), they were in favor of the scientific faculties, due to the effect of a variable (the academic year) in the (social and economic dimension) in favor of The third academic year. There were alsono statistically significant differences in the level of psychological satisfaction due to the effect of the variables (gender, faculty, academic year). Based on the results of the study, some recommendations were made, including the need to maintain the high level of marital readiness and psychological satisfaction among Mutah University students through training courses and awareness brochures in this regard.
