هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على درجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية والخاصة في قصبة إربد من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وإعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لقياس درجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري, وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (390) معلم ومعلمة, تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية النسبية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري ككل جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة)؛ وكشفت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري تعزى لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي , المرحلة التعليمية)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة لصالح الاناث ومن سنة إلى اقل من 5 سنوات. The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of administrative creativity among the principals of public and private schools in the Kasbah of Irbid from the teachers' point of view. Relative randomness, and the results of the study showed that the degree of administrative creativity as a whole came to a large degree); The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of practicing administrative creativity due to the variable (educational qualification, educational stage, and the presence of statistically significant differences due to the variables of sex and years of experience in favor of females and from one year to year to the next less than 5 years.
