هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الكفايات المعرفية لمعلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الأساسية في محافظة مادبا في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم وعلاقتها بمتغيري الجنس والخبرة العملية، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (296) معلماً ومعلمة وذلك في الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي (2021-2022م)، بالإضافة إلى استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الكفايات المعرفية لمعلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الأساسية في محافظة مادبا كانت متوسطة حيث بلغت النسبة المئوية للاستجابة عليها (67.7%). كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الكفايات المعرفية تبعا لمتغير الجنس، بالإضافة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الكفايات المعرفية للمعلمين تبعا لمتغير الخبرة ولصالح الخبرة الأكثر من 7 سنوات. وأوصت الدراسة بالاستفادة من قائمة الكفايات المعرفية في مجال تقويم أداء المعلمين والمعلمات، وشمولها كمحددات لبرامج إعدادهم وتأهيلهم وتنميتهم، ومراجعة المشرفين التربويين لها وعقد دورات وورش عمل لفئة المعلمين ذوي الخبرة الأقل من 7 سنوات، و تناول متغيرات أخرى بالبحث. The purpose of this study to identify the level of cognitive competencies for primary school teachers in Madaba Governorate in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from the teachers’ point of view and their relationship to gender and practical experience variables. The descriptive approach was used. The study sample consisted of (296) teachers. This was done in the first semester of the academic year (2021-2022), in addition to using the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study found that the level of knowledge competencies for teachers of the basic stage in Madaba governorate was medium, with a percentage of response (67.7%). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the cognitive competencies according to the gender variable, Furthermore, the presence of statistically significant differences in the teachers' cognitive competencies according to the variable of experience and in favor of more than 7 years of teachers’ experience. The study recommended making use ofthe list of cognitive competencies in the field of evaluating the performance of male and female teachers, and including them as determinants of their preparation, rehabilitation and development programs, review by educational supervisors, holding coursesand workshops for teachers with experience less than 7 years, and addressing other variables in the research.
