إستهدفت الدراسة الكشف عن واقع ممارسة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية وعلاقتها بالتطوير الإداري في المدارس الابتدائية التابعة للهيئة الملكية بالجبيل، وإستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه المسحي والارتباطي، وذلك لملاءمتهما لموضوع الدراسة وأبعادها وأهدافها. واستخدم الباحث استبانة أداة للدراسة وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري ووكلاء المدارس الابتدائية التابعة للهيئة الملكية بالجبيل بلغت (48) منهم (16) مديراً و( 32) وكيلا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع ممارسة الإدارة الإلكترونية في المدارس الابتدائية التابعة للهيئة الملكية بالجبيل جاءت مرتفعة جدا، بينما جاءت العلاقة بين الإدارة الإلكترونية علاقة إيجابية طردية وذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة .05 وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل الإدارة الإلكترونية من قبل مديري ووكلاء المدارس الابتدائية التابعة للهيئة الملكية وذلك لدورها الفاعل في حفظ المعلومات من التحريف والتشويه وتوفير الاتصال الفاعل بين الموظفين. The study aimed to reveal the reality of the practice of applying electronic management and its relationship to administrative development in elementary schools affiliated with the Royal Commission in Jubail. The community of study consist of (48) principals and vice principals. The study concluded that the reality of the practice of electronic management in primary schools affiliated with the Royal Commission in Jubail was very high, while the relationship between electronic management was positive and statistically significant at the level of significance (05) The study recommended the necessity of activating electronic management by the principals and agents of primary schools affiliated with the Royal Commission, due to its active role in preserving information from distortion and distortion and providing effective communication between employees.
