كاريزما المعلم أو شخصيته تعد واحدة من اكثر العوامل تأثيرا على الأفراد المحيطة به، لذا تسعى كل الجهات لتخريج أشخاص ذوات خبرة يتمتعون بالكاريزما المناسبة، وتعد كذلك أحد أهم عوامل الاختيار لدى المؤسسات الناجحة، لذا فالبحث هدف إلى دراسة التدريس الكاريزمي كركيزة أساسية في التأثير على الرغبة في التعلم والتجول العقلي لدي طلبة كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية، ومنهجنا في هذه الدراسة هو المنهج الوصفي الحليلي، من خلال اداة القياس المتمثلة في استبيان تم تحكيمه من قبل مجموعة من المحكمين، ثم توزيعه على أفراد العينة والتي عددها 340 طالب تم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي من طلبة كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية، ومن النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث كان من أهمها وجود مستوي مرتفع من مهارات التدريس الكاريزمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانيةمن وجهة نظر الطلبة، وقد أوصى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات أهمها العمل على استخدام الأساليب التربوية والتعليمية الحديثة من أجل زيادة مستويات الرغبة في التعلم لدى الطلبة، والاهتمام بتوفير البيئة التعليمية المناسبة التي تساهم في زيادة الرغبة في التعلم لدى الطلبة بكفاءة وفاعلية. The teacher's charisma or personality is one of the most influential factors on the individuals surrounding him, so all parties seek to graduate experienced people who have the appropriate charisma, and it is also one of the most important selection factors for successful institutions, so the research aimed to study charismatic teaching as a basic pillar in influencing the desire to learn and mental wandering among students of the College of Education. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, through the measurement tool represented by a questionnaire that was judged by a group of arbitrators, and then distributed to the samplemembers, which numbered 340 students were randomly selected from students of the College of Education for Humanities, A number of results were reached, the most important of which was the presence of a high level of charismatic teaching skills among faculty members at the College of Education for Basic Sciences from the students’point of view. The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is working to use modern pedagogical and educational methods in order to increase levels of desire to learn.
