هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في حل مشكلات المتعلمين (التربوية، الاجتماعية والسلوكية) في المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين . وقد تم اختيار عينة من خمس ثانويات، و تم توزيع أداة الدراسة (الاستمارة) على 39 معلم لجميع المواد التعليمية. أما المنهج الذي تم استخدامه فهو المنهج الوصفي والذي يتلاءم مع هذا النمط من الدراسات الوصفية. ولقد جاءت نتائج الدراسة لتؤكد الدور الفعال الذي تقوم به الإدارة المدرسية في حل مشكلات المتعلمين في المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وقد أكدت تلك النتائج أن الدور الأكثر فعالية للإدارة المدرسية يعود الى حل المشكلات ذات النمط السلوكي عند المتعلمين لما لها من حيز خاص في هذه المرحلة العمرية. The study aimed to identify the role of school administration in solving learners’ problems (educational, social and behavioral) in the secondary stage from the point of view of teachers. A sample of five secondary schools was selected, and the study tool (the questionnaire) was distributed to 39 teachers for all educational subjects. The method that was used is the descriptive method, which is compatible with this type of descriptive studies. The results of the study confirmed the effective role played by the school administration in solving the problems of learners at the secondary stage from the point of view of teachers. These results confirmed that the most effective role of school administration is due to solving problems with behavioral patterns among learners, because they have a special role at this age stage.
