هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع الإنماء المهني للعاملين في مدارس التعلِيم العام والأساسي في سلطنة عمان، والتعرف على الفروق تبعا لمتغير الجنس، وإستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والإستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات على عينة تكونت من (710) من معلمي ومشرفي ومديري وإداريي المدارس في سلطنة عمان خلال العام الدراسي 2023-2024م. وأظهرت النتائج إن مجالات الأداة في تقديرات الموجهين الإداريين تراوحت بين درجة كبيرة ومتوسطة، أما تقديرات مديري المدارس فقد كانت متوسطة، بينما كانت تقديرات المشرفين التربويين فقد كانت أيضًا متوسطة، وأيضا كانت تقديرات المعلمين كذلك، مما يعني أن العاملين في المدرسة بحاجة كبيرة إلى العناية بجانب الإنماء المهني لديهم. كما اظهرت النتائج فروق تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. The study aimed to identify the reality of professional development for workers in general and basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman, and to identify differences according to the gender variable. The study used the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data on a sample consisting of (710) teachers, supervisors, principals, and school administrators in the Sultanate of Oman. During the academic year 2023-2024 AD, the results showed that the areas of the tool in the estimates of administrative supervisors ranged between a large and moderate degree, while the estimates of school principals were moderate, while the estimates of educational supervisors were also moderate, and the estimates of teachers were also as well, which means that the workers Schools are in great need of attention to their professional development. The results also showed differences according to the gender variable in favor of males. (Published abstract)
