هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة التحديات التي تعوق معلمي المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية في مدينة أم الفحم من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين. وقد إستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من المشرفين التربويين والمشرفات التربويات في المدارس الأساسية الحكومية الواقعة في مدينة أم الفحم وقد بلغ عددهم (42) مشرفا ومشرفة تربوية بواقع (8) مشرفين تربويين و(34) مشرفة تربوية، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة من إستبانة التحديات التي تعوق معلمي المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية والمكونة من (30) فقرة. أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى التحديات التي التحديات التي تعوق معلمي المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية في مدينة أم الفحم من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين جاءت مرتفعة، ووجود فروق إحصائية في إجابات العينة على فقرات التحديات التي تعوق معلمي المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربوي تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق إحصائية في إجابات العينة على فقرات التحديات التي تعوق معلمي المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربوي تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخدمة. وفي ضوء النتائج فإن الدراسة توصي بعقد الندوات والورش التدريبية لتنمية كفايات ومهارات المعلمين والمعلمات في مواجهة التحديات والمعوقات وتخطيها في سبيل تحقيق أهداف العملية التعليمية. The study aimed to identify the challenges that hinder government basic school teachers in achieving educational goals in the city of Umm al-Fahm from the point of view of educational supervisors. The study used the descriptive survey method, and the study sample consisted of male and female educational supervisors in government basic schools located in the city of Umm al-Fahm. Their number reached (42) male and female educational supervisors, including (8) male and female educational supervisors, and (34) female educational supervisors. The study tool was Identifying the challenges that hinder government basic school teachers in achieving educational goals, which consists of (30) items. The results indicated that the level of challenges that hinder government basic school teachers in achieving educational goals in the city of Umm al-Fahm from the point of view of educational supervisors was high, and that there were statistical differences in the sample’s answers to the paragraphs on the challenges that hinder government basic school teachers in achieving educational goals from The point of view of educational supervisors according to the variable of gender and in favor of females, and the absence of statistical differences in the sample’s answers to the items on the challenges that hinder government basic school teachers in achieving educational goals from the point of view of educational supervisors according to the variable of educational qualification and years of service. In light of the results, the study recommends holding seminars and training workshops to develop the competencies and skills of male and female teachers in confronting and overcoming challenges and obstacles in order to achieve the goals of the educational process.
