هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر توظيف إنموذج التلمذة المعرفية في بيئات التعلم الإلكتروني في تحسين كفاءة التعلم وخفض التجول العقلي، كذلك الكشف عن استمرارية أثر البرنامج المقترح لتوظيف أنموذج التلمذة المعرفية في بيئات التعلم الإلكتروني في تحسين كفاءة التعلم لدى طالبات جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن. وطُبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (45) طالبةً من طالبات كلية الخدمة الاجتماعية والعلوم بواقع (23) طالبةً كمجموعة تجريبية وعدد (22) طالبةً كمجموعة ضابطة بمتوسط عمر زمني (20.78) عامًا وبانحراف معياري قدره (1.19) والمقيدين بالعام الجامعي (2019-2020). واستخدمت الباحثة بطاقة تقييم مشروعات الطالبات واستبيان الجهد العقلي ومقياس التجول العقلي، والبرنامج المقترح لتوظيف أنموذج التلمذة المعرفية في بيئات التعلم الإلكتروني. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود أثر دال إحصائياً للبرنامج المقترح لتوظيف أنموذج التلمذة المعرفية في بيئات التعلم الإلكتروني في تحسين كفاءة التعلم وخفض التجول العقلي لدى طالبات جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن. كذلك كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن استمرارية أثر البرنامج المقترح لتوظيف إنموذج التلمذة المعرفية في بيئات التعلم الإلكتروني في تحسين كفاءة التعلم لدى طالبات جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات التربوية والمقترحات البحثية. The study aimed to identify the impact of employing the cognitive apprenticeship model in e-learning environments on improving learning efficiency and reducing mind wandering among female students and discovering the degree of continuity of the proposed program that employs the cognitive apprenticeship model in e-learning environments on improving learning efficiency among students of Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. This study was applied to a sample of (45) female students from the colleges of Science and Social Service, (23) students as an experimental group, and (22) students as a control group with an average age of (20.78) years and standard deviation (1.19). Students were divided equally into two groups, experimental and control groups. The researcher used students' project evaluation cards, mental effort questionnaire, mind wandering scale, and the proposed program for employing the cognitive Apprenticeship model in e-learning environments. Research results revealed a statistically significant impact of employing the cognitive apprenticeship model in e-learning environments on improving learning efficiency and reducing mind wandering, as well as the continuity of the proposed program to employ cognitive apprenticeship model in e-learning environments on improving the learning efficiency among students of Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. In light of the research results, a set of educational recommendations and research proposals were presented. (Published abstract)
