هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في تربية الزرقاء الأولى للإدارة الإلكترونية، والكشف عما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين اجابات أفراد العينة حول درجة الممارسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (332) معلم ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي لتحقيق أهدافها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في تربية الزرقاء الأولى للإدارة الالكترونية جاءت بشكل عام متوسطة، أما على مستوى المجالات فقد حصل المجال الأول (التخطيط والتنظيم) على المرتبة الأولى بين المجالات بدرجة ممارسة متوسطة ومتوسط حسابي وقدره (3.37) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (67.43%)، وحصل المجال الثالث (المتابعة والتقويم) على المرتبة الثانية بدرجة ممارسة متوسطة أيضا ومتوسط حسابي وقدره (3.26) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (65.37%)، بينما حصل المجال الثاني (التوجيه والتنسيق) على المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة بدرجة ممارسة متوسطة ومتوسط حسابي وقدره (3.22) ونسبة مئوية بلغت (64.58%). كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين أفراد عينة الدراسة على مستوى مجالات الأداة حول درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في تربية الزرقاء الاولى تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة: (النوع، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة). The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of secondary school principals in the first Zarqa education for electronic management, and to detect whether there were statistically significant differences between the answers of the sample members about the degree of practice. The study sample consisted of (332) teachers who were randomly selected from the study population. The study relied on the descriptive survey method to achieve its objectives. The results of the study showed that the degree of practice of secondary school principals in the first Zarqa education for electronic management was generally medium, while at the level of fields, the first field (planning and organization) ranked first among the fields with a medium degree of practice and an arithmetic average of (3.37), and a percentage of (3.37) (67.43%), and the third domain (follow-up and evaluation) ranked second with an average degree of practice as well and an arithmetic average of (3.26) and a percentage of (65.37%), while the second domain (direction and coordination) ranked third and last with a medium degree of practice and an arithmetic average of (3.22), and a percentage of percentage amounted to (64.58%). The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) among the study sample members at the level of the instrument about the degree of practice of secondary school principals in Zarqa first education due to the study variables: (gender, educational qualification, years of experience).
