هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور مبادرة مدرستي في تنمية المهارات الحياتية وقيم المواطنة الصالحة لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر العاملين في مدارس محافظة المفرق المشمولة بمبادرة مدرستي، كما سعت الدراسة لاختبار اثر متغيرات الجنس والخبرة ومستوى المدرسة في دور المبادرة في تنمية المهارات الحياتية وقيم المواطنة الصالحة، ولتحقيق الهدف تكون مجتمع الدراسة العاملين من جميع في المدراس المشمولة بميادرة مدرستي في محافظة المفرق في (2016-2017) حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية منهم بلغت (343) معلما ومعلمة، وتم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (25) فقرة موزعه على مجالين هما: دور المبادرة في تنمية المهارات الحياتية حيث تكون هذا المجال من بصورته النهائية من (10) فقرات، وودور المبادرة في تنمية قيم المواطنة حيث تكون هذا المجال بصورته النهائية من (15) فقرة. وبعد تطبيق الأداة على أفراد العينة تم تحليل البيانات من خلال استخدام برنامجStatistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور المبادرة كان عاليا سواء على صعيد تنمية المهارات الحياتية أو على صعيد تنمية قيم المواطنة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في دور المبادرة في تنمية المهارات الحياتية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس ومستوى المدرسة، في حين لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور المبادرة في تنمية قيم المواطنة الصالحة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس ومستوى المدرسة والخبرة. The study aimed to investigate the role of the Madrasati initiative in developing life skills and test the impact of gender variables, experience and school level in the role of the initiative in the development of life skills and citizenship values in the schools of Mafraq Governorate. To achieve this, aim a sample of random sample of 343 teachers was selected, and a questionnaire was built. A questionnaire consisting of (25) items was prepared, divided into two areas: the role of the initiative in the development of life skills, where this area consists of (10) items and the role of the initiative in developing the values of citizenship where it consists of (15) items. After the tool was applied to the sample, the data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results of the study showed that the role of the initiative was high both in terms of life skills development and in the development of the values of citizenship. The results also showed differences in the role of the initiative in developing life skills due to gender variables and school level, while there were no statistically significant differences in the role of the initiative in the development of good citizenship values due to gender variables, school level and experience.
