هدفت الدراسة إلى مقترح لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة جدة (بنين - بنات)، ووضع تصور مقترح لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي، وقد استخدمت الباحثة لتحقيق هذا الهدف المنهج الوصفي لملائمته أغراض الدراسة، وقام ببناء استبانة للتعرف على تحقيق التميز المؤسسي في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة جدة (بنين - بنات )، وتم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة على المدراء والوكلاء والمشرفين التربويين والمعلمين والمعلمات بالمدارس الحكومية بمحافظة جدة، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (70) من الفئة المستهدفة للدراسة، وتم استخدام الاختبارات الإحصائية، من خلال اختبار المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لمعرفة تحقيق التميز المؤسسي في المدارس الحكومية، وأظهرت النتائج بأن تحقيق التميز المؤسسي في المدارس الحكومية جاء بمتوسط حسابي وقدرة (3.8)، كما أظهرت النتائج بوجود أثر للتميز المؤسسي على التحصيل الدراسي بمتوسط حسابي وقدره (4)، بقيمة (71.5%)، وأظهرت أثر القيادة المدرسية في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي بمتوسط حسابي وقدره (3.7) قيمته (84.9%)، وأوصت الدراسة وضع خطط استراتيجية واضحة مبنية على المقترحات المقدمة، مع إشراك جميع الأطراف المعنية لضمان التوافق والتطبيق الفعال، كما أوصت توجيه القادة المدرسيين نحو وضع أهداف تربط بين خطط التميز المؤسسي وتحسين التحصيل الدراسي للطلاب، وتعزيز الممارسات القيادية التي تسهم بشكل مباشر في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي بناءً على معامل التحديد (84.9%). The study aimed at a proposal to achieve institutional excellence in government schools in Jeddah (boys - girls), and to develop a proposed vision to achieve this goal descriptive approach to suit the purposes of the study, and he built a questionnaire to identify the achievement of institutional excellence in government schools in Jeddah Governorate (boys - girls), and the study tools were applied to directors, agents, educational supervisors, teachers and teachers in government schools in Jeddah Governorate, Where the study population consisted of (70) of the target group of the study, and statistical tests were used, through the test of arithmetic averages and standard deviations to know the achievement of institutional excellence in government schools. The results showed that the achievement of institutional excellence in public schools came with an arithmetic average and the ability of (3.8), and the results showed that there is an impact of institutional excellence on academic achievement with an arithmetic average of (4), with a value of (71.5%), and showed the impact of school leadership in achieving institutional excellence with an arithmetic average of (3.7) value (84.9%), and the study recommended the development of clear strategic plans based on the proposals submitted, with the involvement of all concerned parties to ensure compatibility and effective application. It also recommended directing school leaders towards setting goals linking institutional excellence plans and improving students' academic achievement, and promoting leadership practices that directly contribute to achieving institutional excellence based on the coefficient of determination (84.9%).
