هدف البحث إلى تعرف فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في تحسين أداء معلمي الرياضيات في حل المسألة الرياضية، وأثره في تنمية مهارات حل المسألة الرياضية لدى طلابهم في مدارس البشرى الأهلية الزاهر بمدينة مكة المكرمة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي وفق تصميم المجموعة الواحدة بقياسين قبلي وبعدي، طبق على معلمي الرياضيات بمدارس البشرى الأهلية الزاهر وعددهم (6) معلمين، وعينة من طلابهم وعددهم (124) طالب، وجمعت البيانات بواسطة بطاقة ملاحظة واختبار حل المسألة لقياس أداء معلمي الرياضيات وطلابهم في حل المسألة، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات معلمي الرياضيات قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي وبعده لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي لمعلمي الرياضيات وبعده لصالح التطبيق البعدي. ومما استفاد منه الباحث أن زادت ثقته في نفسه ونمت مهاراته البحثية وقدراته التحليلية وأفكاره الناقدة، وقناعته بأهمية هذا النوع من البحوث الإجرائية كأسلوب علمي في معالجة وتحسين الممارسات التدريسية. The aim of the research was to identify the effectiveness of a training program in improving the performance of mathematics teachers in solving mathematical problems, and its impact on developing the skills of solving mathematical problems among their students in Al-Bushra Al-Zaher Private Schools in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. To achieve the research objectives, the quasi-experimental approach was used according to a single-group design with two measurements before and after, applied to mathematics teachers in Al Bushra Al-Zaher Private Schools, numbering (6) teachers, and a sample of their students, numbering (124) students. The data were collected using an observation card and a problem-solving test to measure the performance of mathematics teachers and their students in solving the problem. The research results showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of the ranks of mathematics teachers before and after applying the training program in favor of the post-application, and there was a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of the students' scores before and after applying the training program for mathematics teachers in favor of the post-application. The researcher benefited from this by increasing his self-confidence, developing his research skills, analytical abilities, and critical ideas, and becoming convinced of the importance of this type of procedural research as a scientific method for addressing and improving teaching practices.
