تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر ورشة عمل تحفيزية متخصصة في أسرار المنصة الوطنية للعمل التطوعي ومسابقة ماراثون لأعلى تحصيل ساعات تطوعية على زيادة ساعات العمل التطوعية لدى معلمات المتوسطة الثانية بصفوى. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة بقياس قبلي وبعدي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (22) معلمة. أظهرت النتائج وجود تحسن ملحوظ في ساعات العمل التطوعي بعد تطبيق ورشة العمل والمسابقة، حيث انخرطت المعلمات بشكل أكبر في الأنشطة التطوعية عبر المنصة الوطنية. كما أظهرت الدراسة أهمية استخدام استراتيجيات التحفيز والمنافسة الإيجابية في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى الكوادر التعليمية، مما يساهم في تحقيق أهداف رؤية المملكة 2030 في تعزيز قطاع العمل التطوعي. This study aims to measure the impact of a specialized motivational workshop on the secrets of the National Platform for Volunteer Work and a marathon competition for the highest achievement of volunteer hours on increasing volunteer work hours among female teachers at the second intermediate school in Safwa. The study used a quasi-experimental approach with a single-group design with pre- and post-tests. The study sample consisted of (22) female teachers. The results showed a significant improvement in volunteer work hours after implementing the workshop and competition, as female teachers became more involved in volunteer activities through the National Platform. The study also demonstrated the importance of using motivational strategies and positive competition to promote a culture of volunteer work among educational staff, which contributes to achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in strengthening the volunteer work sector.
