هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الإدارة المدرسية في مواجهة التسرب في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة خان يونس من وجهة نظر المعلّمين، والكشف عما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05≥α) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة تُعْزَى للمتغيّرات التالية: (النوع، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة، المرحلة التعليميّة)، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الأسلوب التحليلي. وتكونت العينة من (232) معلّماً ومعلّمة، طبقت عليهم استبانة مكونة من (49) فقرة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة تقدير المعلّمين لدور الإدارة المدرسية في مواجهة التسرب كانت كبيرة، وبنسبة مئوية (81.3)، وبالنسبة للمجالات فقد حصل مجال الدور القيادي على الترتيب الأول، يليه مجال الدور الفني "الإشرافي"، ثم مجال الدور الإداري. وأخيراً مجال الدور الاجتماعي، كذلك وُجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة تُعْزَى لمتغيّر المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخدمة لصالح المعلّمين من حملة البكالوريوس، والمعلّمين ذوي الخدمة (أكثر من 10 سنوات)، في حين لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة تُعْزَى لمتغيّري: النوع والمرحلة التعليميّة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد محاضرات وورش عمل مركزية لعرض تجارب الدول المتقدمة في مواجهة التسرب المدرسي، وتدريب الإدارات المدرسية على تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية، وخفض التوتر بين الأطراف المتفاعلة داخل المدرسة. This study aimed to identify the role of school management in facing drop out at government schools in Khan Younis Governorate from the point of view of teachers, revealing whether there are statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the sample members attributed to variables (gender, qualification, years of service, educational level). The study was based on the descriptive/ analytical approach, with a sample consisted of (232) male and female teachers, who were asked to fill in a questionnaire consisting of (49) items. The study found that teachers' assessment of the role of school management in facing drop out was high, by a percentage of (81.3%); according to fields, the leadership role ranked in the first order, followed by the technical affairs "supervision" role", and then the administrative role, and finally the social role. It also found that there are significant differences between the average of the sample estimates due to qualification and the years of service in favor of the bachelor's degree and the teachers within service (more than 10 years), while there were no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the sample estimates due to the variables: gender and educational level. The study recommended the importance of conducing workshops and lectures to present the developed countries experiments in facing schools' drop out and train the school management on stress release as well as the organizational effectiveness.
