هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الاستراتيجيات المقترحة للحلقة المفقودة بين مخرجات التعليم العالي ومتطلبات سوق العمل من وجهة نظر طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 200 مفردة، استخدمت الباحثات العينة الميسرة، وزعت على خريجي الجامعات الفلسطينية شمال الضفة الغربية، هي: (:جامعة القدس المفتوحة، جامعة النجاح الوطنية، جامعة خضوري، والجامعة العربية الأمريكية). استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت برمجية SPSS في التحليل كان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثتان أن جميع مجالات الدراسة قد كانت درجة الاستجابة عليها بدرجة متردد والتي سجلت متوسطات حسابية تقع بين 3.04 الى 3.12، باستثناء مجال واحد خاص بالمحتوى التعليمي والذي سجل متوسط حسابي قدره 3.47 بدرجة الموافقة، وخاصة في التخصصات الانسانية. وكان من أهم التوصيات التي خرجت بها الباحثتان ضرورة العمل على إعادة النظر في سياسة القبول في التخصصات التي يوجد فيها بطالة مرتفعة في سوق العمل، كالتخصصات الانسانية، ورفع مستوى تقديم خدمات التعليم المستمر والعمل على استحداث البرامج الدراسية والتعديل عليها بحيث تجمع بين المهارات النظرية والتطبيقية، ووجوب العمل على دراسة سوق العمل لمعرفة التخصصات المطلوبة والجديدة وذلك من خلال الدراسات الميدانية لسوق العمل. The study aimed to know the proposed strategies for the lost loop between higher education outputs and labor market requirements from the perspective of Palestinian university graduates. The study sample consisted of 200 respondents, a constructed questionnaire was distributed to four Palestinian university graduates' students in northwest Bank namely: (Al-Quds Open University, Anajah University, - Al-Khudouri University, and The Arab American University). The descriptive analytical method was used in this study, as the study used several statistical tools, such as frequency distribution, percentage, mean and mean average, T-test, and the one-way analysis of variance, and the equation for calculating Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient. One of the most important findings of the research was that all areas of study had a degree of response at a limited degree, especially in humanities. One of the most important recommendations made by the researchers was the need to review the policy of admission in specializations in which there is high unemployment, and work on the development of curricula and amend them to combine theoretical and applied skills to such collages, and the need to work on the study of the labor market to identify the required new disciplines and needs through the field studies of the labor market.
